At MUROVERO, we take pride in the quality of our wall cladding products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund subject to the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refund requests must be initiated within 10 working days from the date you receive your order.
  • Products must be returned in original condition, unused, and free from scratches, dents, or any form of damage.
  • Items that show signs of use, installation, or damage will not be eligible for a refund.

How to Initiate a Refund 

To initiate a refund request, please contact us via email or WhatsApp:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Supporting photos (if applicable)

Once your request is received, our team will respond within 1–3 business days.

Return Shipping

  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as MUROVERO is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during return shipping.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed after the product has been received and inspected by our team.
  • Inspection and processing may take up to 7 business days from the date the returned product is received.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Please note that the refunded amount will be subject to a transaction fee.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Products returned outside the 10-working-day window
  • Products that are damaged, scratched, dented, or altered
